Please Say Yes

Terms of Use

Plain-English MVP placeholder for later legal review. These terms explain the intended use of Please Say Yes.

Last updated: placeholder date.

What Please Say Yes is

Please Say Yes is a playful RSVP link builder for friendly, romantic, wedding-related, party, and surprise invites where the sender expects a positive response.

Only Yes responses are recorded by the RSVP page. The playful No button is not a negative RSVP mechanism.

Permission to contact people

You must only send invites to people you are allowed to contact.

You are responsible for the recipient details you provide and for making sure your message is appropriate for the relationship and context.

Acceptable use

Do not use Please Say Yes for spam, harassment, coercion, abuse, threats, misleading messages, impersonation, illegal activity, or unwanted repeated contact.

Do not use the service to pressure someone into a response or to send messages that a reasonable person would consider invasive or harmful.

No response guarantee

We do not guarantee that a recipient will open an RSVP link, click Yes, or respond in any way.

Delivery may depend on third-party providers, recipient devices, spam filters, carrier behavior, and the accuracy of contact details.

Payments and refunds

The MVP is priced per recipient link. Each recipient creates one paid unit and one unique RSVP link.

Refund policy placeholder: refund handling will be reviewed and finalized before launch. Contact hello@rsvpleasesayyes.com for payment questions.

Abuse reports

Recipients and others can report abusive, misleading, or unwanted invites using the report abuse form.

We may review reports and take action such as disabling access, blocking delivery, or deleting data where appropriate.
